Brand Product Imagery

We obtain brand and product images directly from manufacturer media kits or authorized retailers such as JapanScissors.com.au and JPSC. Every asset is downloaded, stored locally, and tracked in our rights ledger with proof-of-permission.

Lifestyle & Context Photography

When we need salon or barbershop context imagery, we use stock photography from licensed providers such as Pexels, Pixabay and Unsplash. These images never depict branded products and always include attribution where the provider's terms require it.

Rights Ledger

Our ledger records the file path, source, rights type, proof reference, attribution requirements, and terms snapshot for every asset. We audit new additions weekly, run a full review monthly, and re-confirm partner terms quarterly.

Attribution Standards

• Manufacturer or partner-provided assets include captions or credits specified by the rights holder.
• Stock images list the provider and link back to the original asset when terms require it.
• If attribution is waived, we retain confirmation in the ledger for compliance.
